My name is Joshua Johnson, and for over 17 years, I have had the privilege of serving my community as a police officer, eventually promoting to the rank of Sergeant. Throughout my career in law enforcement, I learned that when people are facing uncertainty, they don’t just need answers; they need someone steady, honest, and dependable.

That same mindset is what led me to start True North Insurance Agency.

Service has always been a core part of who I am. Beyond my professional career, I’m actively involved in my church and committed to serving others with integrity and humility. I also coach youth sports, where I have the opportunity to mentor young athletes and emphasize discipline, teamwork, and character values that matter on and off the field.

Insurance, much like public service, is about preparation and protection. It’s about helping individuals and families weather life’s storms with confidence.
